Ben McCabe
Founding Partner Ben McCabe has a long-established reputation working with some of the best-known consumer tech businesses, with a broad functional understanding and a sector bias towards fashion, sports, lifestyle, mobility, food and non-food brands across the United States, APAC and EMEA regions.
Passionate about driving sustainability and promoting B-Corp values, Ben has been able to build relationships through his knowledge and flexibility, thereby allowing his clients access to the best diverse talent globally. This has enabled him to develop deep relationships with Founders and CEO’s built on trust and delivery in publicly listed, start-ups and VC backed high growth entities where technology, product and customer experience sit at the heart of the business.
Ben is a mixed race British Pakistani, eldest grandchild of Pakistani immigrants to the United Kingdom. He is the Founder and sole owner of McCabe + Partners.
Ben studied Political Science at the University of Leeds and spent a year working in UK Government before working for two leading executive search firms in London and Dubai.
When not chasing after his two young children, he is still trying to master the game of golf, is a keen follower of Manchester City, and balances his healthy obsession of cooking with a passion for fitness.
Patricia Ruiz-Casaux
Ruiz-Casaux was born and raised in Spain and has lived in New York, France, Dublin and London.
Patricia worked for a short stint at Bloomberg Financial services as a TV anchor for Latin America and then moved into a Venture Capital firm evaluating and investing in businesses within the technology industry.
After 7 years in the US, Patricia moved back to Spain to join a leading executive search firm where she was responsible for sales and marketing searches across all industries.
An entrepreneur at heart, Patricia set up her own premium gifts and toy business in Madrid. Following that, Patricia moved with her husband and twin boys to London where she has spent the last 11 years working in executive search.
In 2016, she set up her own executive search business, Theone Global Ltd, working globally within Retail, omnichannel and pure play business in fashion, lifestyle, luxury and beauty brands. Patricia is an independent contractor to McCabe + Partners while still managing her own business and working with other clients separately.
Patricia received a Bachelor’s Degree at Hosftra University in NY and has also completed and attended several postgraduate courses at IE Business School in Madrid, London Business School and Central Saint Martins. She is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French.
