Our People

We believe that donating 5% of our revenues to Gulf For Good, a UAE registered charity, as well as our time and resources is equally as important. In that regard, we provide a work environment that presents opportunities for any future employees to volunteer in local communities. We provide pro bono search placements to early stage ESG focused companies and charities as a means for giving access to talent for those that need help th e most in scaling their impact or cause driven work.

Environmental Sustainability
We recognize the importance of protecting the natural environment and our shared responsibility in addressing critical environmental issues facing the planet. Our greatest opportunities to reduce our environmental impact include using resources efficiently, minimizing waste, preferentially purchasing products that can demonstrate reduced life cycle impacts, and fostering a culture of environmental sustainability. We are working towards a scheme that will track our carbon footprint as an organisation and hope to be a carbon neutral search firm by the end of 2025. We have taken initial steps by working from The SEE Institute in The Sustainable City in Dubai, a net zero building powered by clean and renewable energy sources. More information can be found here.
Procurement and Use of Third Party Vendors
We rely on the services and products of many different vendors to help us meet the needs of our business. Our expectations for ethical practices reach beyond our employees and extend to our contractors and vendors. We seek to develop and strengthen partnerships based on transparency, collaboration, and mutual respect. Although we understand that our vendors are independent businesses, the actions of our business partners can be attributed to our Company and affect our reputation and the level of trust we earn from our clients. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for Contractors and Vendors describes our expectations for our contractors and vendors, including a commitment to the highest professional standards and ethical conduct in their business dealings with McCabe & Partners. We give preference to suppliers from underrepresented backgrounds by conducting supplier ownership audits.
Data Confidentiality
We follow all applicable data protection, privacy and information security Laws in UAE and are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of individuals (including, without limitation, a customer, employee or supplier). We only collect personal information for business related purposes. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the business related purposes. We may disclose personal details to third parties only as necessary to provide our services or as required by Laws and we shall take all appropriate action to ensure that a third party protects personal information. We collect, use, maintain, disclose (internally and externally), and destroy personal information in a manner that limits the risk of loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorised access.
