We are committed to supporting underserved Founders, for us that means female and people of colour, of ESG driven early stage companies. We are committed to spending 5% of our time pro bono with these individuals by providing free recruitment and talent advisory services. In addition, we have successfully introduced Founder not only to talent but also investors on a pro bono basis. Our 2022 impact report highlights our successful delivery and commitment actioned.
